President of Committee of Control and Disciplina of the UEFA, in quality of unique judge, has decided east Monday to misestimate the report presented/displayed by Real Madrid CF on the basis of the presumed racist insults made by the player of the FC Barcelona, Sergio Busquets, to his player Marcelo in the away game of the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League celebrated in Madrid the 27 of April due to the lack of solid and convincing tests.
